I needed to find a realtor to sell my mom’s home after her passing on October 2, 2022. This task was made especially daunting by the fact that a family member was making things extremely difficult, plus I lived out of state now. My friend suggested Chuck since he had sold her house and she was very happy with the experience. Chuck was very professional. His calm and even demeanor was great, as I was very anxious about this whole thing. H explained his process and timeline and kept me involved every step of the way. The pictures and description were otherworldly, and I truly believe they were a big part of what drew people to look at the house. He even managed to get ABOVE the asking price for my mom’s house, and it sold in ONE WEEK! I highly recommend Chuck Innocenzi for any Real Estate buying or selling services you may need. Faced with a daunting task of looking through several hundred real estate agents in the New Port Richey, FL area to sell my house I knew that I had to find one who had my best interest at heart. It was my late Father’s house that held sentimental value and was renting it out the last seven years. Listing a property and living out of state I needed a reliable, experienced and reputable agent. Those qualities I found which personify Chuck Innocenzi who earned my personal trust and was very fortunate to have teamed up with him. Based on his keen awareness of market conditions the sale price he placed on my house exceeded my expectations with even a higher offer as the end result. Chuck used a professional photographer which made the appeal most impressive. Chuck worked closely with the tenant occupying the property by taking the lead on proper appearance for showings and inspections. He also assisted with locating vendors, using his contacts, and coordinating some repair actions found during the buyer’s inspection. That ability to get things done 1,300 miles away for me was limited and that is where Chuck played a pivotal role. If you’re selling property in the areas covered by Chuck Innocenzi, then Chuck is your go-to man because he makes things happen.
